Gaming History
I’ve loved video games since I was a little girl. When I was 6/7 years old, my dad got us a Nintendo and our only two games were Super Mario Bro. 1 and Paperboy. Then my dad met my step-mom-to-be who had a daughter 7 years and 2 days older than me and we immediately hit it off. My step=sister’s name is Lindsey but she’s so much like a sister, I just call her my sister. But anyway, she had a Super Nintendo and the only game she had was Super Mario Bros. 3 which instantly became our go to game and while we sometimes played Super Mario Bros. 1 and Paperboy, Super Mario Bros. 3 was our thing. I remember at my third birthday party, I asked for a Mario cake and I got it! It was the coolest thing ever that my dad did that for me. When I was 10, I was re-introduced to Super Mario Bros. All Stars where I got to battle Super Mario Bros.2, my second all time favorite video game behind Super Mario Bros. 3. I was also introduced to Nintendo 64 during this time too. I briefly owned a PlayStation in 2002 that my brother gave me but I never played it as I always loved Nintendo better. I had a Super Nintendo well into adulthood until 2018. In April of 2023, I finally caught up with the latest Nintendo system! I splurged and bought tons of accessories and games for it. Here are some of the games I own for Nintendo Switch:
